The play complex will consist of 2 towers with a roof (H=1.5 m), 2 straight slides (H=1.5 m) with protective panels, 2 towers without a roof (H=0.6 m), 2 connecting bridges with curved platforms with railings, 2 "Tube" type crossings, staircase with railings, rope climbing net with "Spider" decorative panel, 2 climbing walls with protective panels, "Firemen's ladder" type climbers, "Balcon" railing, Bird-type protection panel, "Geamulet" type protection panel, "Chalkboard drawing" panel.
The towers will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76mm, minimum thickness - 3mm.
The floor of the towers must be round with a minimum diameter of 930 mm, being made of smooth HDPE with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.
On one of the towers without roofs, a "fireman's ladder" type climber with a section of at least 33mm and a minimum thickness of 2.8mm must be connected.
Between two towers with a roof and two towers without a roof there must be two "tube" type passages that must be made of HDPE - high density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.
The HDPE ladder will have steps and handrails for safe ascent to the platform. Stair steps must not be slippery. Lateral supports for fixing the steps must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.
The handrails of the passage - height of at least 700 mm, their pipe - section of at least Ø 33 mm. The floor of the walkways must be made of HDPE - high density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.
The climbing net should be a continuation of a tower with a roof on a support pole fixed between the tower pole and another with a diameter of at least 76mm, minimum thickness - 3mm, the net must be rope with a size of at least 16mm made of polypropylene woven from 6-fibers reinforced with metal with a rubber core, joined by oval plastic elements.
On the horizontal metal bar there must be overlap on two sides with the image of a spider made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of not less than 10mm.
Slides must have:
- the starting area with a bumper, which will make the child sit down, fixed on the side protection elements, made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors), with a minimum height of 450 mm and with a thickness of at least 15 mm;
- acceleration zone;
- braking portion.
In order to exclude the trauma of children, the slides will have boards on both sides with a minimum height of 120 mm. The slides will be made of LLDPE polyethylene using the "rotomoulding" technology.
2 climbing walls with protective panels will be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm.
The board for drawing with chalk must be in the tower without a roof and must be made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of not less than 15 mm.
The Birds-type protection panel and the "Geamulet" type protection panel must be made of HDPE with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm - high-density polyethylene without toxic components
The roof of the towers must be made of HDPE high-density polyethylene with a thickness of not less than 10 mm.
To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps.
The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.
Materials: steel, LLDPE, HDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.
Technical characteristics. General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length – 8100mm, width – 3600mm, height – 3300mm.
The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.
Requirements for installation: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
