Play complex PTP 21-02

Play complex consisting of a tower with roofs, a straight slide (H=1 m), a ladder, metal climbers of the "Liana" type, and "Firefighter's Ladder" type.

Age: recommended for children aged 3+

Designed for simultaneous use by up to 5 children.

Maximum user weight: 55 kg.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76mm, minimum thickness - 3mm, "fire ladder" and "Liana" type climbers with a section of at least 33mm and a minimum thickness of 2.8mm.

The tower floor will be round in shape with a minimum diameter of 930mm and will be made of HDPE with a thickness of at least 15mm.

The slide must have:
- starting area with a bumper bar, which will cause the child to sit down, fixed to the side protection elements, made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors), with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least 15 mm;
- acceleration zone;
- braking section.

In order to exclude trauma to children, the slides will have borders on both sides with
minimum height of 120 mm. The slide will be made of LLDPE polyethylene obtained through "rotomoulding" technology (linear low density polyethylene), resistant to impact and UV rays.

The tower roof will be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of at least 10 mm.

To avoid the penetration of rainwater, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Material: HDPE, metal pipes coated with powder paint, LLDPE, all connections are covered with special anti-vandal caps.

Technical characteristics. Overall dimensions of the structure, not less than: Length: 3500 mm; Width: 2900 mm; Height: 2800 mm. Height of platforms from the ground - 1000 mm.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=400x400x700 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, followed by concreting (BC 300 concrete). The installation of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.
