Play complex PTP 21-04-T3

The play complex will consist of a tower with a roof, a straight slide, a ladder, a balcony railing, metal climbers of the "fire escape" type, a metal support, a sandpit, a "Who is faster" sign, a horizontal metal bar with fixing devices for 1 suspension.

Designed for simultaneous use by up to 6 children.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76mm, minimum thickness - 3mm, "fire escape" type climbers with a section of at least 33mm and a minimum thickness of 2.8mm.
The horizontal metal bar for the swing must be made of steel pipe with a minimum section of Ø 76 mm and a thickness of no less than 2 mm.
The HDPE ladder will have steps and railings for safe ascent to the platform.
The steps of the ladder must not be slippery and must be made of HDPE high-density polyethylene with a thickness of at least 15mm.
Side supports for fixing the steps must be made of HDPE high-density polyethylene with a thickness of at least 15mm.

The slide must have:
- starting area with a bumper bar, which will cause the child to sit down, fixed to the side protection elements, made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors), with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least 15 mm;
- acceleration zone;
- braking section.

In order to exclude trauma to children, the slides will have borders on both sides with
minimum height of 120 mm. The slides will be made of LLDPE polyethylene obtained through "rotomoulding" technology (linear low density polyethylene), resistant to impact and UV rays .

The floor of the tower shall be round with a minimum diameter of 930mm and shall be made of moisture-resistant non-slip plywood with a thickness of at least 15mm. The roof of the tower shall be made of high-density polyethylene HDPE with a thickness of not less than 10mm.

The sandbox and the "Who's Faster" sign must be made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors) with a thickness of no less than 15 mm.

To avoid the penetration of rainwater, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Materials: steel, LLDPE, HDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps at thread joints.

Technical characteristics. Overall dimensions of the structure, not less than: Length – 4770 mm, Width – 4260 mm, Height – 3370 mm, platform height from the ground – 1500 mm.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=400x400x700 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, followed by concreting (BC 300 concrete). The installation of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.
