The complex is intended for the general development of the muscles with the help of different types of exercises.

Components : 6 support pillars, trellis, flexible ladder, hand climbing bars, "firemen" bar, rings, climbing wall, net, 3-row abacus, cubes.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with the size of at least 90x90mm, minimum thickness - 3mm, the trellis and a climbing installation (net) made of metal bars with a section of at least 33 mm, rope net with the 16mm dimension of polypropylene braided from 6 metal-reinforced fibers with a rubber core, joined by oval plastic elements, a flexible ladder from a cable of double construction of at least 6 metal wires reinforced with polypropylene with a rubber core with crossbar in the form of a tube with a thickness of at least 33 mm, firemen's bar with a section of at least 33 mm, gymnastic rings.

The wall for climbing will be made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of not less than 15mm.

All connected metal elements must be at least Ø 21 mm in diameter, being made of steel pipe with a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm. Firemen's descent made of steel pipe with a minimum diameter of 33mm and a minimum thickness of 2.8mm. "Colored pretzels" made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of no less than 10mm. The colored cubes will be made of wood, with the size 110x110x110 mm.

The corners of the joists of the load-bearing pillars of the construction are covered with lining made of moisture-resistant painted plywood with a thickness of at least 15 mm, of a rounded shape. The wooden details are carefully sanded, polished and painted with professional two-component paints.

To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps. The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials : HDPE, steel, polypropylene-reinforced metal wires, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.

Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length – 3203 mm, width – 2019 mm, height – 2480 mm.

The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
