Resistance structure: The support pillars are made of durable metal pipe with a diameter of at least 89 mm and a thickness of no less than 3 mm. The upper part of the pillars is sealed and protected with fixed metal caps, providing increased resistance against weather and vandalism.
Pull-up bars: The pull-up bar and crossbars are made of metal pipe with a diameter of at least 32 mm and a minimum thickness of 3 mm.
“Parallel bars/Abdomen” module: The equipment features an ergonomic backrest and two elbow supports (armrests), both made of LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene), a material resistant to UV radiation and temperature variations.
Fixing system: The elements are assembled on the pillars using robust metal clamps, which allow precise adjustment of the mounting height.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and electrostatically painted, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the outdoor environment.

Materials: steel, LLDPE.

Technical characteristics: Overall dimensions of the field, no less than: Length: 2120 mm, Width: 760 mm, Height: 2600 mm.

In addition to the space occupied by the equipment, according to current regulations, a minimum impact zone of 1.5 m-2.5 m will be provided.

The foundation of the complex will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=400x400x700mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements must be embedded in the ground (earth) no less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, followed by the concreting process (BC 300 concrete). The installation of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special tools.
