The construction will consist of metal pipes covered with powder paint, climbing net, gymnastic rings, a rope ladder, a climbing wall made of HDPE - high density multilayer polyethylene.

The load-bearing metal supports will be made of steel pipe with a diameter of not less than 76mm, minimum thickness - 3mm. Horizontal metal bars will have a profile section of 60 x 40 x 2 mm.

The net and ladder for climbing must be made of reinforced rope with a size of no less than 16mm made of polypropylene woven from 6-fiber reinforced metal with a rubber core, joined by oval plastic elements.

Walls for climbing must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of not less than 15mm

To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars must be covered with plastic covers.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials : HDPE – high-density polyethylene without toxic components with multi-layer structure of various colors, powder-painted metal pipes, reinforced rope, all connections are covered with special anti-vandal caps.

Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length: 1390 mm; Width: 1370 mm; Height: 2200 mm.

The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
