The complex is intended for children in the age group of 3-6 years.
Components : The construction will consist of 2 towers, 2 towers with a roof, 2 bridges with "wave" type railings, a bridge with simple railings, 2 HDPE slides, 2 stairs, "liana" type metal climbers, metal climbers "fireman's ladder" type, rotating disc railing, balcony railing, "chalk drawing board" panel, window panel.
The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76 mm, minimum thickness - 3 mm, "fireman's ladder" and "liana" type climbers with a section of at least 33 mm and a thickness of 2.8 mm . The staircase will have steps and handrails for safe ascent to the platform. The steps of the ladder must not be slippery and must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of at least 15 mm. Lateral supports for fixing the steps must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm.
Slides must have:
- the starting area with a bumper, which will make the child sit down, fixed on the elements
side protection, made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least 15 mm;
- acceleration zone;
- braking portion.
The floor of the towers will be round with a minimum diameter of 930 mm and the passage between them will be made of HDPE - high density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of at least 15 mm. The rotating disk will be made of HDPE with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 10mm - high density polyethylene without toxic components.
The roof and the sides of the tower are to be made of HDPE with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 10mm - high density polyethylene without toxic components. The handrails of the passage - height of at least 700 mm, their pipe - section of at least Ø 33 mm.
The geamulet panel needs to be made of HDPE with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm - high density polyethylene without toxic components.
The board for drawing with chalk needs to be realistic made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of not less than 15 mm.
Plywood details will be thoroughly sanded, polished and coated with professional two-component paints.
To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars must be covered with plastic covers.
The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.
Materials : steel, moisture-resistant plywood, galvanized fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread seams, HDPE.
Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length – 6650 mm, width – 5500 mm, height – 2550 mm, height of platforms from the ground: level 1 - 600mm, level 2 – 800mm.
The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.
Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
