The complex is intended for children in the age group of 3-6 years.
Components : "Cosmos" play complex composed of two towers, HDPE slide (H=0.8 m and H=0.6 m), ladder, "Liana" type metal climbers, "Firemen's ladder" type climbers, interactive floor Who's faster?", footbridge with closed "Wave" type railings, decorative elements.
The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76 mm, minimum thickness - 3 mm, "fireman's ladder" type climbers with a section of at least 33 mm and a thickness of 2.8 mm.
The HDPE ladder will have steps and handrails for safe ascent to the platform. Stair steps must not be slippery. Lateral supports for fixing the steps must be made of HDPE with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.
The handrails of the passage - height of at least 700 mm, their pipe - section of at least Ø 33 mm. The crossing railings and interactive panel "Who is faster?" it will be made of HDPE high-density polyethylene with a thickness of at least 10mm
Slides must have:
- the starting area with a bumper, which will make the child sit down, fixed on the elements
side protection, made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene without toxic components
with multi-layer structure of various colors), with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least 15 mm;
The floor of the towers will be round with a minimum diameter of 930 mm and the passage between them will be made of HDPE with a thickness of at least 15 mm.
To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps.
The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with
minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.
Materials : steel, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread seams, HDPE (high-density polyethylene).
Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length – 3600 mm, width – 3400 mm, height – 1690 mm, height of platforms from the ground: level 1 - 600mm, level 2 – 800mm.
The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.
Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
