Play complex PTP 16-05A

The complex is intended for children in the age group of 3-6 years.

Components : The construction will consist of 2 towers with a roof, a HDPE slide, a ladder, an interactive "Labyrinth" panel, an interactive "XO" panel, "Fireman's Ladder" type ladders, a "Tube" type passage.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a minimum diameter of Ø 76 mm, minimum thickness - 3 mm, "fireman's ladder" type climbers with a section of at least 33 mm and a thickness of 2.8 mm.

The HDPE ladder will have steps and handrails for safe ascent to the platform.

The steps of the ladder must not be slippery and must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

Lateral supports for fixing the steps must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

The roof of the tower needs to be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.

The slides will be made of HDPE - high density polyethylene with a thickness of not less than 15 mm and must have:

- the starting area with a bumper, which will make the child sit down, fixed on the elements

side protection, made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least 15 mm;

- acceleration zone;

- braking portion.

Interactive panel "Labyrinth" and interactive panel "XO" must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm,

The floor of the towers must be round with a minimum diameter of 930 mm, being made of smooth HDPE with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

The "tube" type crossing must be made of HDPE - high density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.

To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars are covered with plastic covers.

The metal elements are sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns, to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials : steel, HDPE, all connections are covered with special anti-vandal covers.

Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, no less than: Length – 3254 mm, Width – 2824 mm, Height – 2413 mm, Height of platforms from the ground – 600 mm.

The foundation of the building has dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are sunk into the soil (ground) by 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). Assembling the elements excludes the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
