Play complex consisting of a tower with a roof, a HDPE slide (H=600 mm), a ladder, a "Geamulet" panel, a "Chalkboard" panel, and decorative elements.

Age: it is recommended for children between 3 and 6 years old.

Designed for simultaneous use by up to 4 children.

Maximum user weight: 55 kg.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76 mm, minimum thickness - 3 mm.

The HDPE ladder will have steps and railings for safe ascent to the platform.

The steps of the stairs must not be slippery and must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

Side supports for fixing steps must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

The roof of the tower must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.

The slide will be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene with a thickness of no less than 15 mm and must have:

• starting area with a bumper bar, which will cause the child to sit down, fixed to the side protection elements, made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least 15 mm;
• acceleration zone;
• braking portion.

In order to prevent children from being injured, the slides will have borders on both sides with a minimum height of 120 mm. The slides will be made of HDPE with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

The chalk drawing board must be made of moisture-resistant plywood with a minimum thickness of 12 mm.

To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars are covered with plastic caps.

The metal elements are sandblasted and electrostatically painted, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns, to make them resistant to the external environment.

Materials: HDPE – high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, moisture-resistant plywood, processed and painted, metal pipes coated with powder paint, all connections are covered with special anti-vandal caps.

The construction foundation has dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.

Installation requirements : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are sunk into the ground (earth) by 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (BC 300 concrete). The assembly of the elements excludes the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
