Play complex PTP 16-02-T2

The complex is intended for children in the age group of 3-6 years.

Play complex composed of 2 towers with a roof, HDPE slide (H=800 mm), ladder, "Liana" type metal climbers, "Firemen's ladder" type climbers, two "Balcon" railings, walkway with closed railings, negative elements.

The construction will consist of support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76 mm, minimum thickness - 3 mm, "fireman's ladder" and "liana" type climbers with a section of at least 33 mm and a thickness of 2.8 mm . The HDPE ladder will have steps and handrails for safe ascent to the platform. Stair steps must not be slippery. Lateral supports for fixing the steps must be made of HDPE with a thickness of not less than 15 mm.

The handrails of the passage are to be made of HDPE high-density polyethylene with a thickness of at least 10 mm - height of at least 700 mm, their pipe - section of at least Ø 33 mm.

Slides must have:

- the starting area with a bumper, which will make the child sit down, fixed on the elements

with multi-layer structure of various colors), with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of cel

The roofs of the towers need to be made of high-density polyethylene HDPE with a thickness of not less than 10 mm.

The balcony railing must be made of metal pipe with a diameter of not less than 20mm.

The floor of the towers will be round with a minimum diameter of 930 mm and the passage between them will be made of HDPE with a thickness of at least 15 mm.

To avoid the penetration of water from precipitation, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps. The metal elements are sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials : steel, plastic, HDPE (high density polyethylene).

Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length – 4800mm, width – 2570mm, height – 2600mm.

The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
