Double fitness machine "Leg extension" PTP 538T

The equipment is designed to develop leg muscles.

Components : lower base, lever system, handles, seat.

The support pillar of the equipment must be made of steel pipe, with a thickness of at least 3 mm and a minimum diameter of 130 mm, mounted on a platform with holes for fixing to the foundation. The static components will be built from a single element. In the case of mobile elements, movement will be ensured by means of a joint system resistant to the external environment. The seats and backrests will be made of LLDPE polyethylene (linear low density polyethylene) using “rotomoulding” technology. All mobile elements, heads, screws, nuts must be covered with plastic protective caps.

The poles are made of 33 mm diameter pipe with a thickness of 2.8 mm and will be coated with rubber to prevent the limbs from slipping.

All moving elements, heads, screws, nuts need to be covered with protective plastic caps.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Materials : steel, LLDPE, rubber, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps at thread joints.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=400x400x500 mm.

Installation requirements : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, followed by concreting (BC 300 concrete). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.

Minimum dimensions : Length - 1570 mm, Width - 540 mm, Height - 1160 mm.

In addition to the space occupied by the equipment, according to the regulations in force, a minimum impact area of ​​1.5 m will be provided.
