Components : support pillar, lower base, lever system, mines, foot supports.

The support pillar of the equipment is made of steel pipe, with a thickness of 3 mm and a diameter of 133 mm, being mounted on a platform with holes for fixing with the foundation. All mobile components that support the weight of the body are made of steel pipe with a diameter of 48 mm and a thickness of 2.8 mm, and the miners and supports for the legs with a diameter of 42 mm. The static elements are connected and have a diameter of 33mm and 27mm, they are made of steel pipe with a thickness of 2.8 mm.

Leg supports are made of LLDPE polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene) by "rotomoulding" technology.

All articulated nodes are equipped with reinforced closed-type bearings. Static components are built from a single element. In the case of mobile elements, the movement is ensured by means of a rocking system and joints resistant to the external environment. All static elements, heads, screws, nuts need to be covered with protective plastic covers.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials : steel, LLDPE, rubber, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.

The foundation of the building has dimensions of LxWxH=300x300x500 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all the following supporting elements are deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.50m to increase the rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements excludes the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.

Minimum dimensions : Length – 1150 mm, Width – 500 mm, Height – 1400 mm.

In addition to the space occupied by the equipment, according to the regulations in force, a minimum impact area of ​​1.5 m will be provided.
