Double fitness machine "Parallel bars" PTP 519T

Components : support pillar, lower base, 2 bars.

The support pillar of the equipment needs to be made of steel pipe, with a thickness of at least 3 mm and a minimum diameter of 130 mm, being mounted on a platform with holes for fixing with the foundation. Static components will be built from a single element.

The static components will have a diameter of 42 mm, being made of black pipe with a thickness of 2.8 mm.

All static elements, heads, screws, nuts need to be covered with protective plastic caps.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials : steel, LLDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.

The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x500 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.

Minimum dimensions : length - 1750 mm, width - 640 mm, height - 1540 mm. In addition to the space occupied by the equipment, according to the regulations in force, a minimum impact area of ​​1.5 m will be provided.
