Carousel with 3 seats PTP 024A

The carousel is intended for children from 3 to 6 years old.

Maximum user weight: 55 kg.

Number of users: 3 people.

The structure must be made of a supporting pipe with a diameter of at least 89 mm, a metal thickness of at least 9 mm and a rotating body on an axis on radial tapered bearings. The body must be made of a pipe with a diameter of at least 33 mm, a profile pipe of at least 35x35 mm with metal railings of at least D=21 mm. The floor must be made of HDPE with a thickness of at least 15 mm.

A small round HDPE plate, at least 10 mm thick, with slots, must be placed on top of the carousel frame, which serves as a support point for children during rotation.

The metal elements are sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Materials: steel, HDPE, galvanized fasteners, plastic.

Overall dimensions of, not less than: L=900mm, H=630mm, platform H=150mm.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=400x400x700 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, followed by concreting (BC 300 concrete). The installation of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.
