The board is intended for children from 1 year old.
Components: the construction will consist of 2 load-bearing metal supports and a blackboard for drawing with chalk.
The load-bearing metal supports must be made of steel pipe with a minimum diameter of Ø 76 mm, thickness – 3 mm.
The drawing board must be made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of 15 mm with notches (in the form of a net) that allows drawing with chalk.
The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.
Materials: Moisture-resistant plywood, processed and painted, supports are made of metal and covered with powder paint, all connections are covered with special anti-vandal covers.
Technical characteristics . General dimensions of the construction, no less than: Length – 740mm, width – 210mm, height – 1480mm. The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x700 mm.
Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
