Chess table with chairs PTP 050-04

The outdoor chess table is designed to be installed outdoors, in public places, schools, courtyards and parks.

The structure will consist of a support pillar made of profile pipe with a minimum section of 60x40 mm. The table and chairs must be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of not less than 15 mm.

The metal elements are sandblasted and electrostatically painted in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Materials: HDPE, metal, plastic caps at thread suture locations.

Overall dimensions of the structure, not less than: Length – 1365 mm, Width – 595 mm, Height – 700 mm.

The construction foundation will have dimensions of Lxlxh=300x300x500 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, followed by the concreting process (BC 300 concrete). The assembly of the elements excludes the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.
