Swing PTP 53-1

The swing consists of 2 load-bearing metal supports, a horizontal metal bar with fixing devices for 1 suspension.

Technical characteristics. The metal load-bearing supports must be made of steel pipe with a minimum section of Ø 57 mm and a thickness of not less than 3 mm, the horizontal metal bar must be made of steel pipe with a minimum section of Ø 76 mm and a thickness of not less than 2 mm.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Overall dimensions of the building, not less than: Length – 1750mm, Width – 1150mm, Height – 2170 mm.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=400x400x700mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.70m to increase rigidity, followed by concreting (BC 300 concrete). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.
