PTP 1027 fence

The fence will be made of high-density polyethylene HDPE without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of at least 10 mm. The supporting pillars and the casing must be made of metal profile pipe with dimensions not less than 30x30x1.5mm and 20x20x1.5mm respectively

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with
minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Material : Steel, HDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.

Section dimensions not less than: Length: 2000 mm, Width: 54 mm, Height: 550 mm.

Requirements for installation : To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (ground) not less than 0.30m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
