"Ponies" type helical spring rocker.

Designed for simultaneous use by 1 child.

Maximum weight of a user: 55 kg.

The swing will be intended for children aged 3 to 6 years.

The construction needs to be made up of a lower base, helical spring, seat with backrest, 2 side protections of the seat in the shape of "Ponies", support bars for hands and feet:

- helical spring assembly, spring spiral not less than ø20mm and minimum height 400 mm;

- side protections, the seat with the back of the rocking chair must be made of HDPE with a multi-layered structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm - high-density polyethylene without toxic components;

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials: steel, HDPE, galvanized fasteners, plastic.

General dimensions of the construction, no less than: Length – 768mm, Width – 480mm, Height – 909mm.

The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x500 mm.

Requirements for installation: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
