Rocker on double helical spring "Seal" PTP 044-02

The "Foca" rocking chair with two seats will be intended for children aged 3 to 10 years.

Maximum user weight - 55kg.

Maximum number of users per equipment : 2 people.

The construction will consist of a lower base, helical spring, scooter-shaped rocking support, seat, rails, footrests:

- helical spring assembly, spring spiral not less than ø20mm and minimum height 400 mm;

- seat and HDPE panels with a multilayer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm - high density polyethylene without toxic components;

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials: steel, HDPE, galvanized fasteners, plastic.

General dimensions of the construction, not less than: Length: 1793 mm, Width: 270 mm, Height: 1007 mm.

The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=400x400x500 mm.

Requirements for installation: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
