Components: the construction will consist of the rocking support with rubber damping elements, seats and handles, metal base.
The swing support of the swing will be made of steel pipe with a minimum section of 48mm. The swing support will be fixed on a metal base made of steel pipe with a minimum section of 42mm. The seats and backs of the swing are to be made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of at least 10 mm. The metal handrails will have a minimum section of 21 mm, the shock absorbers must be made of rubber, with a thickness of at least 20 mm.
The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.
Materials: HDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.
General dimensions of the construction, no less than: Length – 2466mm, Width – 336mm, Height – 861mm.
The foundation of the construction will have minimum dimensions of LxWxH=500x500x600mm.
Requirements for installation: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.60m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
