Components: the construction will consist of the rocking support with rubber damping elements, seats and handles, metal base.
The rocking support of the rocking chair needs to be made of a profile pipe with a minimum section of 60x40 mm, with a board made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a minimum thickness of 10 mm. The rocking support is fixed on a metal pipe base with a minimum section of Ø 42 mm. The seats and backs of the swing are made of HDPE - high-density polyethylene without toxic components with a multilayer structure of various colors, with a thickness of no less than 15mm. The metal handles will have a minimum section of Ø 21 mm, the dampers are made of rubber, with a thickness of no less than 20 mm.
The metal elements are sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.
Materials: HDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.
General dimensions of the construction, no less than: Length – 2209 mm, Width – 293 mm, Height – 827 mm.
The foundation of the construction will have dimensions of LxWxH=600x550x600 mm.
Requirements for installation: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are to be deepened into the soil (earth) not less than 0.60m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements excludes the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
