Octopus Slide PTP 085-05

The slide will consist of a straight slide (H=1 m), a ladder.

The ladder shall have steps and handrails for safe ascent to the platform. The steps of the ladder shall be non-slip and shall be made of HDPE with a thickness of at least 15 mm.

The slide must have:
- starting area with bumper, which will cause the child to sit down, fixed to the elements side protection, made of HDPE (high density polyethylene without toxic components) with a multilayer structure of various colors), with a minimum height of 450 mm and a thickness of at least at least 15 mm;
- acceleration zone;
- braking section.

In order to prevent children from getting injured, the slides will have borders on both sides with a minimum height of 120 mm. The slides will be made of LLDPE polyethylene obtained through "rotomoulding" technology (linear low-density polyethylene), resistant to impact and UV rays.

To avoid the penetration of rainwater, the pillars must be covered with plastic caps.

The metal elements need to be sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to make them resistant to the external environment.

Material: HDPE, powder-coated metal pipes, LLDPE, all connections are covered with special anti-vandal caps.

Technical characteristics. Overall dimensions of the structure, not less than: Length: 2583 mm; Width: 781 mm; Height: 1793 mm. Platform height from the ground - 1000 mm.

The construction foundation will have minimum dimensions of Lxlxh=300x300x500 mm.

Installation requirements: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all support elements are to be sunk into the ground (earth) no less than 0.50m to increase rigidity, followed by concreting (BC 300 concrete). The installation of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly without the use of special purpose tools.
