Little bridge PTP 072A

The construction consists of 4 support pillars made of steel pipe with a diameter of at least 76 mm, minimum thickness of 3 mm.

Bridge boards need to be made of HDPE with a multi-layer structure of various colors with a thickness of not less than 15mm and to be fixed by a rope with a minimum size of 16mm made of polypropylene braided from 6-fibers reinforced with metal with a rubber core, joined by oval plastic elements.

The metal elements are sandblasted and painted in an electrostatic field, in two layers with a minimum thickness of 100 microns to give them resistance to the external environment.

Materials: HDPE, zinc-plated fasteners, plastic caps in the places of thread sutures.

Technical characteristics. General dimensions of the construction no less than: Length – 1528mm, Width – 795mm, Height – 1013mm.

The foundation of the construction will have dimensions of LxWxH=300x300x300 mm.

Requirements for installation: To ensure safe and reliable operation, all supporting elements are sunk into the soil (ground) by 0.30m to increase rigidity, then following the concreting process (concrete BC 300). The assembly of the elements must exclude the possibility of their disassembly, without the use of special purpose tools.
