This document establishes the terms of use of the website https://copfer.md/ and all the conditions for the purchase of goods and services sold through our website. The privacy, return policy and any other documents constitute the content of this document, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions". Accessing and/or using the website https://copfer.md/ by you constitutes ACCEPTANCE of these conditions and obliges you to comply with them. "Power Team" SRL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made to the Terms and Conditions will enter into force only for new orders, registered after the publication of the respective changes on this website.


1. General provisions.

1.1. This site is owned and managed by "Power Team" SRL
1.2. When registering the order in the online store, the Customer accepts the Terms and conditions of sale of the products (hereinafter - Terms and conditions) presented below.
1.3. The Terms and Conditions, as well as the information about the products displayed on the website, are public offers, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law no. 284 regarding Electronic Commerce. The buyer, after having read the text of these conditions of sale, accepts them by checking the paragraph "I have read the terms and conditions of sale on the website https://copfer.md/.
1.4. The relations between the customer and the seller are established based on Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 regarding the Protection of consumer rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
1.5. The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions, and the Customer is obliged to monitor the modifications regularly.
1.6. In order to improve the quality of customer service and taking into account exchange rate fluctuations and the volume of suppliers we work with, as well as the fact that all data is processed by a robot and errors may occur, the Customer must contact the operator to clarify the price and availability of the goods before to confirm the order in stock.
1.7. The customer accepts the Terms and Conditions, by pressing the "Order Confirmation" button, in the last step of registering the order on the website.
1.8. The payment of the order does not represent the successful completion of the sale-purchase transaction without its confirmation by the seller.
1.9. The sale - purchase takes place only after Cilent receives confirmation / acceptance from the seller about the completion of the transaction.


2. Notions used in this document.

2.2. Seller – "Power Team" SRL
2.3. Online store - website, electronic commerce space, which is owned by the seller and has the Internet address https://copfer.md/ . Here are presented the products and services, payment and delivery conditions for the registration of these orders by customers.
2.4. Website - https://copfer.md/.
2.5. Product - good, object intended for a certain human need, which is for sale on the website.
2.6. Order - registration of the request for the procurement of goods and services, in accordance with the list of products offered on the website.
2.7. Delivery service – the service, which offers the delivery of orders to customers.


3. Registration on the website.

3.1. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the customer during registration.


4. Registration and delivery term of the order.

4.1. The customer's order can be picked up in the following way: registered by the customer on the website. The order registration details are described in the "How to register the order" section.

4.2. When registering the order, the customer must specify the following information: the name and surname of the Customer or the recipient of the order, the delivery address of the order, contact phone number, e-mail.

4.3. After registering the order, the customer is given information on the expected date of transmission of the order by the Delivery Service. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered products in the seller's warehouse, and the time required to process the order.

4.4. The Seller has the right to refuse the registration of the order, if the Customer has already ordered 5 or more units, which he previously refused, for reasons that are not related to the presence of defects in these products.

4.5. All informative materials displayed on the site are advisory in nature and cannot fully convey the exact information about the properties and characteristics of the goods, including color, size and shape. If the customer has questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the products, before registering the order, he must contact the Information Service at phone number +37368388815.

4.6. If the ordered product is not in the seller's warehouse, the seller has the right to cancel the order and inform the customer by sending an e-mail to the specified address or by phone.

4.7. In case of cancellation of the Prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled product is returned to the customer through the mode in which the payment was initially made.


5. Delivery

5.1. The methods of delivery of the products are mentioned on the website.
5.2. The seller will do his best to comply with the delivery conditions specified on the website, however, possible delays in delivery are possible, which may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (congested traffic, weather conditions, public holidays), and not through fault the seller.
5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer from the moment he receives the product and signs the documents confirming the delivery.
5.4. The delivery cost of each Order is calculated individually, based on the area and delivery method, and is indicated in the commercial offer, which is formed by the managers after receiving the Order on the site.
5.5. At the time of delivery, the product is sent to the customer or the person named as the recipient of the order. If the person is unable to obtain the product, which must be paid in cash, the product is sent to the person who is ready to give details about the order (origin number and / or full name of the recipient) and to pay the order in full to the person who make the delivery.
5.6. Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the external appearance and packaging of the product, the number of products in the order, the integrity.


6. Payment of the order.

6.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website. In case of incorrect specification of the price of the product ordered by the Customer, the seller will contact the customer as soon as possible, to confirm the order after the corrected price or to cancel the order. If contacting the customer is not possible, this order is considered cancelled.

6.2. The price of the product can be changed unilaterally by the seller.

6.3. The payment methods for the products are mentioned on the website, in the "Payment methods" section. The agreed payment method is considered the method chosen by the customer, from all available payment methods, at the time of placing the order.

6.4. In the case of prepaid products, the order is accepted for processing, only after the necessary money is enrolled by the Customer in the current account of the Seller. The product cannot be reserved for the order, and the seller cannot guarantee its availability in the warehouse, specified at the time of the order registration, and as a consequence, the delivery time may be extended.

6.5. In the case of paying for the product with a bank card, the operation is authenticated by the bank. If the bank has reason to believe that the operation is fraudulent, it has the right to refuse this operation.

6.6. The commissions charged from the Consumer or Buyer for the electronic payment transaction of the value of the products and/or services represent a will of the consumer or buyer and are agreed between the user of the payment services and the payment service provider and are limited to covering the real costs of the payment service provider payment services.

6.6.1. The consumer or buyer has the right to refuse the electronic payment transaction of the value of the products and/or services with the related commissions by choosing another payment method from the "Payment methods" column.

6.6.2. Pursuant to the provisions of art. 38 para. (1) lit. c) of Law no. 114 of 18.05.2012 regarding payment services and electronic currency, all the commissions that the user of the payment services is going to pay to his payment service provider are transparent, with the specification of the amounts and the commissions on the page of "Making the order", "Confirm order" section.

6.6.3. Restitution of the value of the products and services using the same way of receiving the financial means involves the collection of a revocation commission in the amount of the same commission charged for the payment of the services and products.


7. Returning products.

7.1. Return of the product of appropriate quality.

7.1.1. The customer has the right to refuse the ordered product at any time, before receiving it, and after receiving the goods - within 14 days, with the exception of the day of purchase. The return of the product of appropriate quality is possible if the external appearance, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document proving the fact and conditions of purchase of this product.

7.1.2. The customer does not have the right to refuse the product of appropriate quality, with specific individual properties, if the specified product can only be used by the customer.

7.1.3. In case the customer refuses the delivery in accordance with p. 6.1.1., the seller returns the amount paid for the returned product, with the exception of the delivery cost, no later than 15 days from the date of receipt by the seller of the written request from the client.

7.1.4. Within 14 days of receiving the order, apart from the day of purchase, the Customer has the right to exchange the product of the corresponding quality with another similar product, only if this product does not suit the customer in terms of shape, size, style , color or technical equipment. The customer cannot exchange the appropriate quality product, which is specified in the List of good quality non-food products, which cannot be returned or exchanged, approved in Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 regarding Consumer Protection.

7.1.5. If at the time of addressing the Customer, the similar product is not in stock, the Customer has the right to reject the order and request the return of the amount paid. The seller must reimburse the amount of money paid for the returned product within 15 days from the date of return of the goods.

7.2. Returning the product of inadequate quality

7.2.1. The customer can return the product of inadequate quality to the seller or the manufacturer, and has the right to request the return of the amount of money paid during the warranty period, the validity period, or if this term is not specified, within a reasonable period of time, which does not exceeds one year. The customer can also request the change or elimination of the defects of the product of inadequate quality.

7.2.2. In case of rejection of the Agreement by the Customer and presentation of the request for reimbursement of the amount paid for the product, in accordance with the conditions of point 6.2.1., the amount paid is to be returned to the customer within 15 days from the receipt of the written request by the seller .

7.3. Reimbursement of the money paid

7.3.1. The amount of money paid is returned to the customer in the same way, in which the payment for the product was made.

7.4. List of actions in case of violation by the Seller of the assortment conditions.

7.4.1. In case of detection in the delivered order of the product that does not correspond to the product ordered, the Customer has the right to refuse the order and to ask for the replacement of the product according to the ordered assortment, or to ask for the refund of the money paid for the product.

7.4.2. If the replacement of the product is impossible, the Seller will notify the Customer by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Customer, and the money paid is returned in the manner provided in point 6.3.1.

8. Privacy Policy.

8.1. When registering the order on the website https://copfer.md/, the Customer provides the following information: last name, first name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number.

8.2. By providing personal information to the site, the Client accepts its processing by the Seller, including for the promotion of the site's products and services.

8.3. The client must be aware of the fact that all the information provided for the implementation of this service will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or sites. An exception may be the provision of personal information at the request of the competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova or at the request of the court. The Seller is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Customer's personal information. The customer is obliged to provide reliable information. If the customer provides incorrect information, the seller is not responsible for the information given and the possible consequences.

9. Use of COOKIES.

9.1. The seller has the right to use the "cookies" method. We use "cookies" to collect certain information about the Customer and to track visits to our website. 10. Security measures.

11. Other terms and conditions

11.1. The relations between the Customer and the Seller are regulated in accordance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova.

The parties will try to resolve all disputes arising through negotiations, and in case of inability to reach a mutual agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the court of law, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

11.3. The court's recognition of the invalidity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not imply the nullity of the other provisions. List of non-food products of appropriate quality, which cannot be exchanged for a similar product:

1. Jewelry (made of metals and precious stones, precious metals plated with semi-precious metals, polished precious stones).

2. Sewing and knitting items (underwear, bed linen, hosiery).

3. Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, comb, clips, curlers, tweezers, razors, electric shavers and other similar products for personal hygiene).

4. Perfumes and cosmetic products.

5. Textile products (cotton, linen, linen, silk, synthetic fabrics, as well as various ribbons, laces, etc.).

6. Cables (wires, cables, cords).

7. Construction and finishing materials and other products that are sold by the meter (linoleum, film, carpets, etc.).

8. Products and materials that come into contact with food products, made of polymeric materials, including disposable ones (tableware and kitchen utensils, containers and packaging materials for storing and transporting food products - cans, boxes, bottles, barrels) .

9. Chemical products for household use, pesticides and agro-chemical preparations.

10. Household furniture (furniture sets).

11. Automobiles and motorcycles, and the products for their service, trailers and aggregates, mobile means of small-scale mechanized agriculture, pleasure boats and other types of boats used for domestic purposes.

12. Technically sophisticated household products, for which the warranty period is established (machines and electrical appliances, electronic equipment, computers and household copying equipment, photo and video equipment, telephones (fixed and mobile) and fax equipment , electric musical instruments, equipment and household appliances on gas).

13. Products for the prevention and treatment of some diseases in domestic conditions (sanitary and hygiene objects made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials; tools, instruments and medical equipment for oral care, spectacle lenses, articles for child care, medicines).
